Challenge
ManTech has grown to become one of the U.S. government's leading providers of innovative technologies and solutions for mission-critical national security programs supporting the Intelligence Community; the Departments of Defense, State, Homeland Security and Justice; the Space Community; and other federal government agencies. New hires needed to be greeted with initial employment necessities including ManTech logo apparel and other company merchandise.
Solution
TR Miller's Consumer Research Team created an addition to the ManTech online company store that provided each new hire with a loyalty voucher. The new hire then validates the loyalty voucher at the company store and is able to view and make their first selections of officially licensed company logo apparel and other promotional items. The new hire is able to use the loyalty voucher to redeem only select items but is also able to purchase other and additonal merchandise in the same session. At the request of ManTech, all loyalty merchandise is shipped at no charge to the new hire to each individual office location for distribution by the appropriate representatives. Billing of the loyalty program is compiled and sorted by office loaction for proper accounting. This loyalty program is part of the TR Miller RRM*/Catalog Solution.

Project Results
Thus far the program has gone off without a hitch. New hires are sent a welcome email with the necessary information to utilize their loyalty voucher. This new program has allowed ManTech International a more consistent method of supplying custom logo products to their employees and has reduced the man-hour expense of self fulfilling.
